All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
After verification, we may offer one of the following:
- Free replacement shipment
- Full refund if replacement is unavailable
- Once a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective orders.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch by contacting [email protected]. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
Product Characteristics
Minor layer lines, slight finish marks, or small variations in 3D printed products are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
